About the Role
We are seeking a Windows Server Administrator with strong troubleshooting skills to join our IT Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented, able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and thrive under pressure in high-volume environments.
- Excellence in ticket documentation, follow-up discipline, and adhering to defined processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Role Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows environments and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Shift Timings: Rotational (including weekends and night shifts)
