The organization is developing a data-heavy, AI-powered product from the ground up and is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their core engineering team. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, involving close collaboration with founders and product leaders to design, build, and scale the core platform.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and scaling core components of a modern, data-intensive SaaS platform. This hands-on position requires you to work across backend, frontend, and data pipelines to develop high-quality features and robust systems. You will be part of a lean, fast-moving team, collaborating closely with founders and product leaders, taking ownership of complex technical challenges, and directly contributing to the foundation and growth of an AI-driven data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and core platform modules.
• Develop full-stack features across frontend and backend as required.
• Implement scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from external sources.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with founders and product leaders on technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and system design choices.
• Improve code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and debugging in production systems.

Must-Have Skills

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in software development.
