Software Engineer Graduate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to help build and maintain TikTok's global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and transaction platforms. This role focuses on backend development, scalable technical solutions, enterprise-ready SaaS capabilities, and high-performance systems across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the Global CRM platform for sales/marketing agents/partners in collaboration with Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP).
• Create stable, flexible, and smart platforms to enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through intelligent marketing tools.
• Ensure stability and security of customer fund transactions while balancing revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience.
• Develop backend solutions for TikTok's proprietary CRM platform.
• Elevate the proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform using industry best practices.
• Analyze personalized user requests to design scalable technical solutions.
• Construct a globalized CRM system with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
