About the Role

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer proficient in Golang to contribute to the design and development of robust, scalable, and cloud-native applications. This role is based in Bengaluru, specifically in the Domlur area.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Golang.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on the AWS platform.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Adhere to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance system scalability and reliability.

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of software development experience with strong Golang proficiency.
• Proven experience designing scalable applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer Associate).
• Experience with AWS services like Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Understanding of serverless architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience building high-performance systems with Golang.
