Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer specializing in Gen AI / Agentic AI at ServiceNow in Hyderabad, you will contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes, including code reviews and unit testing. You will collaborate with product owners to understand requirements, taking ownership of your code from design and implementation through to test automation and delivery. Your role will involve designing user-friendly software that allows customers to extend and customize functionality, as well as enhancing our existing product suite and developing new products and features. This position requires a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance considerations, along with analytical and design skills. A key aspect of this role is leveraging and critically thinking about the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, which may include utilizing AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, and exploring AI's potential impact on our industry.
