Software Engineer

Autodesk is seeking a Software Engineer (Full Stack) for its Bengaluru/Bangalore, India location. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications using technologies like Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), and React. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, write clean, well-tested code, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, developing backend services and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application performance and reliability. Minimum qualifications include 2+ years of professional software development experience, proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Java, experience with frontend frameworks (React preferred), Node.js or Java backend development, understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and Git. Preferred qualifications include experience with state management libraries, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and authentication/authorization concepts.
