Software Engineer

Nexthink is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and launching innovative features across both frontend and backend systems for the Nexthink Experience platform. You will contribute significantly to architectural decisions, drive improvements in development practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the future of the company's platform. Key responsibilities include developing new features, enhancing team architecture and best practices, supporting L3 support requests, contributing to the technology roadmap, and actively participating in agile ceremonies. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of industry experience, a strong background in backend development with solid frontend skills, and proficiency in technologies such as React (preferred), Java or Kotlin, Kafka, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker). Familiarity with observability tools, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English are required.
