Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract)

About The Role

We are seeking experienced frontend engineers to evaluate, write, and refine high-quality UI coding problems and solutions. This work directly improves how AI models understand and generate frontend code.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract engagement where you will work asynchronously on your own schedule, making a real impact on the AI systems used by leading research labs worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate Code: Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and best practices.
• Craft Solutions: Write high-quality frontend solutions to UI and web development challenges across a range of difficulty levels.
• Communicate Clearly: Craft clear, well-reasoned explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches.
• Identify Edge Cases: Identify edge cases, ambiguities, or errors in problem statements and AI-generated responses to help set the standard for great frontend code.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Tech Stack: Deep expertise in JavaScript (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+, browser APIs).
• Framewrok Proficiency: Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience Level: 3+ years of hands-on frontend/web development experience preferred.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field); Master's or PhD is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Pinia.
• Prior work on data labeling, RLHF, or AI model training projects.
