Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer (Fresher) to join our small, agile team at Rizen Labs. In this fully remote position, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining the backend services and internal tools that power our GTM operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance: Implement new features, debug issues, write clean testable code, and actively participate in rigorous code reviews under senior mentorship.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content strategists, and marketing specialists to integrate seamless software solutions into our internal dashboards, content pipelines, and analytics systems.
• Technical Execution: Translate product requirements into technical tasks, contribute to robust API development, manage databases, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
• Innovation & Documentation: Embrace a learning mindset by exploring new technologies while adhering to best practices. Document your work meticulously for future reuse and team collaboration.
