Stadium is seeking bright, curious, and driven graduates from the 2026 and 2027 batches to join our rapidly expanding Engineering teams in New Delhi as Developers and QA Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in software engineering, gain exposure to real-world product development, and work with modern web technologies on high-impact projects.
As a fresher, you will contribute to globally used products, receive guidance from experienced engineers, and thrive in an environment that prioritizes ownership, clarity, and craftsmanship. Your responsibilities will include learning system architecture and workflows, contributing to feature development (frontend, backend, or QA automation), writing clean and tested code, and collaborating with Product, Design, and QA teams. You will also strengthen your fundamentals in data structures and algorithms, gain hands-on experience with development tools like Git and JIRA, and participate actively in Agile practices. For QA roles, this includes learning manual testing and automation frameworks.
This role offers an initial training period in Patel Nagar, New Delhi, followed by a fully remote work arrangement. We are looking for individuals with strong programming fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Familiarity with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, or JavaScript is a plus. We value clear communication, a strong desire to build impactful products, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate from the 2026 or 2027 batch.
- Minimum 85% marks in both 10th and 12th standard.
- Strong programming fundamentals and logical thinking.
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Interest in web technologies.
- Clear communication and a proactive learning attitude.
- Open to office-based training in New Delhi.
