Role Overview

We are building the AI Data Cloud and developing essential tools, infrastructure, and platforms to empower our engineering organization. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will design, build, and operate scalable continuous integration systems that enhance build reliability, accelerate testing, boost developer productivity, and streamline software delivery across Snowflake's growing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain distributed systems powering our CI platform.
• Create services and tooling to improve velocity in builds, tests, and deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to the architecture of scalable CI infrastructure across major cloud environments.
• Develop robust APIs, microservices, and automation scripts using Java, C++, Python, or Go.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to build failures, test execution stability, performance bottlenecks, and developer workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers to deliver simple, scalable solutions for CI needs.
