About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to support our Platform Engineering and Site Reliability teams. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployments using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and ensure platform health. This role requires active participation in production support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvement for mission-critical gaming platforms.

What You'll Do

• CI/CD & Automation: Build and optimize pipelines using GitHub/Jenkins; automate provisioning with Ansible, Shell, Python.
• Platform & Cloud Operations: Manage Docker/Kubernetes containers on AWS cloud infrastructure (Azure knowledge is a plus); monitor performance via Grafana/Prometheus/CloudWatch.
• Production Support: Lead incident response and maintain operational runbooks.
• Collaboration: Work with Dev, QA, DB, and Infra teams for secure releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or IT. 2–5 years of experience required.
Strong Linux admin skills; Git/GitHub/Jenkins/Docker/Kubernetes proficiency;
Knowledge of Ansible/Python/AWS;
Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana/Prometheus.

Skills

• Linux administration and Shell scripting.
• Cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Daily use of AI tools for productivity, research, and coding assistance.

Soft Skills & Certifications

• Calm during incidents; proactive about automation;
• Reliable with production changes;
• Professional English (written/spoken);
  Cloud Practitioner or Kubernetes certification preferred.
