Software Engineer

Join Quickwork as a Software Engineer on our Customer Success team in Mumbai, India. In this permanent role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise integration solutions using the Quickwork platform. You will engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their unique integration and automation requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with their business objectives. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing APIs, connectors, and automation workflows, assisting with complex data mapping and transformation across multiple applications, and ensuring solutions adhere to client needs, industry standards, budgets, and project timelines while maintaining high-quality delivery. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities based on valuable customer feedback. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive technical documentation for customer solutions, refine internal processes, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and Quickwork's knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Strong proficiency in REST APIs, JavaScript, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful services and web architectures.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

This is a work-from-office position located in Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
