Role Overview
The Customer Experience Engineering team at Snowflake seeks an entry-level Software Engineer to build intelligent data applications that surface diagnostic insights and relevant technical content. You will develop, test, deploy, and support software solutions aimed at reducing customer friction and enabling efficient technical issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement well-scoped tasks across our tech stack using Java and Python services hosted in Kubernetes and Snowpark Container Services.
- Engage with all aspects of the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment support.
- Take ownership for the quality, completeness, and customer experience impact of your work.
- Collaborate actively within cross-functional teams including product management and design roles.
