Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Developer (2-5 years) to architect and build AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions leveraging AWS AI services and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will enhance user experiences and streamline operational processes through innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI applications using Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM basics.
• Create conversational AI assistants and enterprise copilots to boost efficiency.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases for enhanced search capabilities.
• Design prompt templates and orchestration workflows to optimize LLM interactions.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with existing enterprise systems via REST APIs.
• Build AI agents dedicated to task automation, significantly enhancing productivity.
• Optimize model performance focusing on latency reduction, token usage efficiency, and cost management.
• Establish robust monitoring, logging, and evaluation mechanisms to ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate in code reviews and agile ceremonies within a supportive development environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in AI/LLM domains including prompt engineering, RAG implementation, embeddings, vector search techniques, and model evaluation fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency with AWS services: Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM basics.
• Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Copilot technologies such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform connectors, and Azure OpenAI foundations.
• Mastery in programming languages including Python, Node.js or JavaScript; proficiency with REST APIs, LangChain/LangGraph frameworks, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps best practices (Critical Requirement).

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, AWS Cloud Practitioner/Architect roles, or Microsoft technologies will be highly advantageous.
