Your Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Engineering & Design: Describe software system specifications technically. Select algorithms/technologies (C++, Java Script, Python), plan user interfaces, manage component dependencies, and document selections in a PES (Product Enhancement Specification Document).
• Development & Implementation: Code, compile, run unit tests for new functionalities per the PES.
• Process & Metrics: Implement processes using KPIs. Monitor progress of cross-component dependencies and ensure team knowledge sharing on developments.
• Quality Convergence: Improve code quality up to Last Build, meeting defined component/product metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular lessons learned and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for performance improvements. Resolve incidents reported by Technical Customer Support or QA teams via backlog management.
