What We Look For
We are seeking individuals with strong proficiency in Python, React, and Django. Prior experience in a startup, front-end/back-end development, tech integrations, or open-source contributions is highly valued. We encourage tackling challenges, adopting new technologies quickly, and investing the extra effort to build high-quality systems.
Skills Required:
- Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, CSS3
- Backend: Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask/FastAPI (optional)
- APIs: Strong understanding and experience with RESTful APIs (development and integration)
- Databases: Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) knowledge
- Version Control: Proficient Git usage
Good to have:
- Basic understanding of data pipelines/ETLs, dashboarding, and AWS
- Experience with WhatsApp chat/flow journeys and mapping technologies (Google Maps API, Mapbox)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a developer in a software-based role.
What You'll Be Working On
- Designing and building systems for end-to-end lending processes, focusing on efficient credit and risk assessment.
- Taking projects from ideation to production, including web apps, rule engines, and API integrations.
- Owning engineering projects and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Other Requirements
- Full-time availability in Bangalore. Immediate joiners are advantageous.
- Strong passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Ability to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces is highly appreciated.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
