• Design, develop, and test chatbot solutions utilizing AWS and Azure platforms.
• Build conversational flows and leverage CCAI/Google Dialogflow.
• Collaborate with technical analysts and solution architects to contribute to solution design.
• Take ownership and accountability for deliverables, consistently striving for exceptional outcomes for our business stakeholders.
• Adhere to and champion best engineering practices, including clean, reusable code, Continuous Integration (CI), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Infrastructure as Code.
• Provide technical software support, including bug investigation and qualification, interpreting documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

• Possess 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, CCAI, or Google Dialogflow.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience in building custom applications, integrations, and data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing data models to support business processes and reporting requirements.
• Experience in implementing data governance and security best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
