Your Role
Experience in CEGID Y2 POS application
Core Functional understanding of CEGID Y2 POS application.
Experience in POS applications.
Experienced in 24*7 retail stores production support, which includes providing level 2 support for application support and system monitoring for backend interfaces.
Root Cause Analysis on issues.
Production Support Experience.
Experience in Implementation, Development, Analysis, and need to interact with process owners / SME's on solutions.
Ability to handle L2 fixes on
Sales
Store Operations Management
Inventory Management
Loyalty issues
Pricing and promotions.
Your Profile
Added advantage: CEGID Certified.
Should have good knowledge on all POS applications, SQL & ITIL (Incident, Request, Change management) & Servicenow Ticketing tool.
