We are seeking talented Software Engineers to join our team in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, building, testing, and deploying cutting-edge web solutions at scale. You will drive significant value from data and analytics to shape product decisions for a company of Walmart's scale. Collaboration with Walmart engineering teams across various geographies will be crucial for leveraging expertise and disseminating best practices. You will also partner with Product Management and Business teams to define priorities and deliver key product features. Researching, conducting Proofs of Concept (POCs), and engaging in forums to identify and evaluate open-source tools for innovative feature development will be part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to features that enable large-scale customer analytics and deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms, ensuring top-tier performance. Developing and implementing monitoring processes to guarantee data applications meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is essential. Furthermore, you will mentor and guide team members, sharing your expertise and fostering technical excellence.
