Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer (1-3 Years Experience) for our Bangalore location to build scalable backend systems. You will work alongside senior engineers on reliable, high-performance software that powers our automation platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust backend applications using Python and Django frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain secure REST APIs for internal tools and integrations.
• Manage data integrity and performance with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Optimize application speed, reduce latency, and debug complex issues in a high-traffic environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams on AWS cloud deployments.
• Maintain clean code through rigorous peer reviews and adhere to industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Django web framework (FastAPI or Flask is a plus).
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles and SQL database management.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Git version control, and modern DevOps workflows.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
