Full Job Description
As a Software Engineer (Backend), you will drive the full software development lifecycle for new and existing applications within an Agile environment. You will contribute to defining software architecture and infrastructure while collaborating with teams across global locations like Los Angeles, São Paulo, London, Berlin, Jakarta, Bangkok, Bengaluru, Beijing, and Singapore.
- Design and code using GO language to enhance availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of SHIELD's products
- Collaborate with internal teams to create new designs and architectures for better scaling and performance of back-end services
- Participate in rigorous code and design reviews to maintain high development standards
- Work alongside the team for service capacity planning, software performance analysis, tuning, and optimization
- Define and prototype feature specifications with product teams; develop large-scale systems
- Engage in full-stack performance tuning and optimization
- Debug and optimize complex enterprise software applications
