About The Role

We are seeking backend engineers who are native to AI tools (Cursor, Copilot) for our Kolkata team based at hoichoi OTT platform. This position is central to revenue infrastructure including payments and subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical decisions across a high-traffic streaming platform.
• Use AI-native development tools as default workflow while maintaining quality output.
• Lead design reviews, diagnose production issues, and partner with cross-functional teams like product and growth.
• Contribute to 'hoichoi Cortex', our central data intelligence layer.
