Software Engineer

About This Role

We are hiring two Software Engineer-Associates to join our Application Engineering team. You will contribute significantly to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), completing projects and tasks while adhering to strict quality measures under the guidance of senior experts.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Coding Standards: Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of the application development cycle, follow established coding/unit testing standards, submit code for review, and participate in peer reviews to deliver quality unit tests.
• Remote Readiness: Be highly available on chat during Eastern time work hours, punctual for meetings, and use your camera when requested.
• Tech Stack & Security: Utilize C#, REST/Web APIs, and the Microsoft stack. Learn secure coding processes and follow established security protocols.
• Collaboration: Embrace a team-first approach to complete projects, offer feedback appropriately, and adapt flexibly to change while working on cross-functional systems.
• Design & Integration: Follow design patterns for back-end development and user experience standards. Handle less complex components of integration within modules.
• Growth Mindset: Take ownership of project success, estimate deliverables accurately, seek continuous self-study/training from senior members, and communicate effectively in writing and orally.
