Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced GenAI solutions.
• Engineer, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Translate complex business processes into AI-prompted workflows.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI applications.
• Document best practices and actively participate in internal GenAI knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.
• Uphold coding standards through constructive peer reviews.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve software defects efficiently.
• Write clean, maintainable, and performant code.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a strong engineering culture and best practices within the team.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and improved engineering efficiency.
• Work with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) like Aurora MySQL and No-SQL databases.
• Leverage AWS Cloud services including S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, and EMR.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of overall experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering Java or Python projects with practical experience in Cloud AWS environments.
• Experience in building MCP servers and agents is a plus.
