Software Engineer Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Software Engineer Architect to lead the architecture and scalability of our AI Agents platform. You will design reliable, secure, high-performance distributed systems while solving complex technical challenges in an AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end architecture for services, APIs, data pipelines, async workflows, and AI/LLM agent orchestration.
• Create scalable systems with robust observability, fault tolerance, retries, and graceful degradation strategies.
• Design secure multi-tenant platforms compliant with PHI, HIPAA, and SOC 2 standards.
• Drive technology decisions and maintain detailed architectural documentation.
• Maintain hands-on coding proficiency for prototyping and solving technical problems.
• Leverage Kubernetes/GKE to manage cloud infrastructure scaling, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Mentor engineering teams to establish best practices in architecture, testing, and production release management.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems and system design.
• Proven hands-on proficiency with Python or Go for backend/service development.
• Mastery of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, task queues (e.g., Kafka/RabbitMQ), and database management.
• Extensive experience designing on cloud platforms using Kubernetes orchestration.
• Demonstrated success in building AI/LLM-based systems and agent frameworks.
• Strong command of reliability engineering, security protocols, data isolation, encryption standards, and observability tools.
