As a Software Engineer - AI/ML in our Bengaluru, Karnataka, India team, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI/ML-powered features and services. Your responsibilities will include building scalable APIs and infrastructure for production AI models, collaborating with data scientists to optimize model performance, and integrating AI capabilities across various platforms. You'll actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and R&D, ensuring software reliability, scalability, and maintainability through rigorous testing and best practices. You will also be involved in monitoring and enhancing deployed AI systems.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 2-5+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in languages such as C#, SQL, Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with ML/DL frameworks, deploying AI models to production, and working with APIs/SDKs from platforms like OpenAI, Cohere, or Anthropic is highly valued. Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar for building agent-based or RAG-based systems, coupled with strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills, will make you an ideal fit.
