Role Overview
Join Alignerr as a Software Engineer in Bengaluru (Remote) to shape the future of AI-generated code. You will write solutions, debug outputs, and provide expert-level feedback that makes coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.
Schedule: Fully Remote & Flexible (10–40 hours/week)
Purpose: Hands-on engineering at the frontier of AI development. Not theoretical bureaucracy—real impact on how machines think and code.
Your Responsibilities
- Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages (Python, JS, Java, C++, etc.) and frameworks.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
- Identify bugs, security vulnerabilities, logic errors, and performance bottlenecks in LLM outputs.
- Provide structured feedback explaining technical decisions to improve model reasoning.
- Design challenging prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
- Compare and rank multiple AI solutions based on engineering quality.
Who Should Apply
You are proficient in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, TypeScript, or similar. You possess a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
