Software Engineer AI Native

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer (2–5 years experience) to help build and scale our AI and data platform at Affluense in HSR Layout, Bangalore. This is an In-office role requiring presence for 4 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing backend APIs and services using Python and Node.js.
• Crafting responsive product interfaces with React.js.
• Integrating AI models, LLMs, and external APIs into production workflows.
• Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines for large-scale datasets.
• Managing databases including MongoDB and SQL systems.
• Ensuring application performance, scalability, reliability, and implementing CI/CD practices in cloud environments (Docker).

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, React.js, Git, Docker, and Cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of OOP, system design, data structures, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership from idea to production deployment.

Good-to-Haves

• Experience with AI/ML integrations, fintech, wealth management, or large-scale dataset processing.
