Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and clients to map complex legal workflows, establish rigorous evaluation metrics, and deliver robust agent solutions that solve real-world problems.
• Elevate agent performance by mastering prompt engineering, selecting optimal models, designing custom tools, crafting specialized skills, managing context windows efficiently, and building comprehensive evaluation harnesses.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to engineer low-latency execution environments, implementing advanced strategies such as intelligent caching, parallel tool invocation, and subagent orchestration patterns.
• Enhance observability frameworks to deeply profile agent behavior, pinpoint performance bottlenecks, and drive data-informed optimization decisions.
• Stay ahead of the curve in agentic system innovations, continuously integrating cutting-edge learnings into our product roadmap.
