About the Role

Join Rippling's Ads Platform team in Bengaluru to build cutting-edge infrastructure for our Data Cloud platform. You will focus on data ingestion, analytics workflows, and debugging customer-facing issues at scale.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain product features across the Data Cloud, handling large-scale data pipelines (billions of rows).
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ship well-tested Python, Go, and TypeScript projects.
• Contribute to building an 'agentic coding harness' that enables autonomous pipeline construction.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver highly relevant content (ads/emails) to targeted audiences.

About You:

• Possess 3+ years of professional experience using React on the frontend and a backend system like Python/Django.
• Demonstrate strong computer science fundamentals to solve complex technical problems.
• Excel in written/verbal communication when conveying intricate concepts across diverse teams.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments by independently identifying impact areas.
