Software Development Enginer

CoreStack is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer with expertise in Python to join our dynamic Professional Services team in Chennai, India. You will play a crucial role in developing our NextGen Product, built on cutting-edge Cloud and Serverless technologies. Your responsibilities will encompass Cloud Service Governance, FinOps Assessments, Tool Integrations, Cloud Provisioning Template Automation, and providing detailed insights into cloud services through metrics, cost analysis, and bandwidth monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, high-performance services and utilities vital for effective Cloud Governance.
• Contribute as an open-source developer in the creation of innovative Cloud Products and Solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects on Research and Development initiatives.
• Provide essential support for product development and system integrations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Demonstrated experience with Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• A solid understanding of fundamental Python concepts and programming principles.
• Familiarity with database technologies; experience with MongoDB is a plus.
• Proficiency in web frameworks and the development of RESTful APIs.
• Essential experience with at least one Public Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
• A strong grasp of the broader Cloud ecosystem.
• Proficiency with standard software engineering tools, including Git and build automation tools.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
