Software Development Engineer

About the Role

You will join the Student Product Group team to build exceptional learning experiences reaching millions of students globally. Your work involves creating solutions that put Adobe products directly into student hands while providing frictionless deployment for IT Admins and Educators.

• Build personalized journeys and data-driven feature selection for CCExpress and Acrobat education users.

Key Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute with experience in highly available services, stability, security, and scalability.
• 4+ years of software development experience in product companies.
• Proficiency in Web Components, React/Vue/Bootstrap, Redux, NodeJS, TypeScript, Redis, Memcached, Docker, Kafka, MySQL, AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Deep understanding of MVC frameworks and LLMs/AI/ML application development.
• Familiarity with Terraform for operations on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Build web frontend solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Bootstrap.
• Analyze, design, prototype, and implement new services/features to improve existing ones.
• Create backend endpoints, define schemas, data flow pipelines, and build reusable libraries.
• Write high-quality, maintainable frontend/backend code for microservices/APIs.
• Perform pre-deployment QA, write comprehensive unit tests, and support production systems.
