Role Overview
We are seeking talented Software Development Engineers to design and build mission-critical backend and client systems for Amazon's Last Mile Delivery Technology. You will have the autonomy to deliver impactful solutions on hard problems at scale, developing tier-1 communication surfaces that externalize Push Notification and Newsfeed APIs with dynamic targeting and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-agent comms layers to extract durable facts from driver–customer interactions for downstream systems.
- Create Agentic Comms that intercept delivery issues in real time, opening structured reply channels to resolve cases without pulling drivers off-road.
- Develop an in-app reporting surface allowing transporters to flag issues related to safety, efficiency, productivity, and experience.
