About the Role

You will be a primary driver of how AI-assisted engineering practices reach scrum teams. Unlike traditional testing roles, this position focuses on building platform services rather than writing product tests directly.

• Use and establish best practices for AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in development workflows.
• Build capabilities like automated failure categorization, root-cause summarization, and intelligent alert routing into quality platforms.
• Maintain automation frameworks for API-level and UI-level testing across multiple scrum teams.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins to reduce feedback loops through smarter test selection.
• Troubleshoot CI failures, flaky tests, and environment issues.
• Create data pipelines and dashboards (Grafana) for reporting integrations with PagerDuty and Slack.
