Software Development Engineer III

About the Role

We are seeking a SDE III (Software Development Engineer Level 3) to join our Bengaluru team. This is a Full-Time position requiring 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML, Backend Systems, or Full Stack Engineering.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Own End-to-End Development: Architect and deliver major features from zero to one across the full stack (design through production launch).
• Rapid Iteration: Collaborate directly with founders, end-users, and Customer Success teams to drive product direction and speed.
• System Design Excellence: Build scalable, high-performance systems; implement robust components optimized for reliability, low latency, and cost-efficiency at scale.
• Production-Grade Code: Deliver clean, well-tested code in a fast-paced startup environment focused on Series A/B+ growth.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

We need deep expertise with modern web stacks (TypeScript, React, Next.js) and backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, FastAPI). Crucially, you must have hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, and vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate. Proficiency in LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, and distributed systems optimization is essential.

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of experience building backend/full-stack systems from scratch.
• A strong Computer Science background with solid fundamentals.
• A proven track record in high-growth environments or Series A/B+ startups.
• The ability to pivot rapidly across the stack and adopt new technologies as needed.
