Full Job Description
Your responsibilities include contributing to the entire application lifecycle, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and debugging, delivering high-quality solutions. You will integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic to create seamless and performant applications. A key aspect of this role is developing reusable code, frameworks, and libraries to streamline development processes and ensure project consistency. You will also focus on optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
Furthermore, you will implement strong security measures and data protection practices to safeguard applications and sensitive customer data. The role involves designing and managing scalable data storage solutions for efficiency, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Building and scaling efficient data pipelines to process large datasets accurately and quickly is also a core responsibility. Close collaboration with front-end developers is essential to deliver integrated, user-friendly, and efficient end-to-end solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess 6-9 years of experience in building large-scale products and hold a bachelor's or master's degree. Expertise in Java and Spring or similar frameworks is required. Familiarity with container management tools like Docker Swarm or Kubernetes is considered a plus. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in at least one SQL (e.g., Postgres) or NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) is necessary. Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching technologies (e.g., Ehcache, Memcache) is also expected.
