Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring and troubleshooting database clusters (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis), collaborating with platform engineering and AI enablement teams, developing APIs for AI agents, managing infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes, and deploying AI/ML models. You will also be involved in troubleshooting real-time issues and running simulations for self-healing agents.

We are looking for engineers with a reliability mindset, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and experience in distributed environments. You should have 5+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering, deep knowledge of MPP/Columnar databases (Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse), strong understanding of OLTP databases (Postgres, MS SQL Server), and hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch. Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs, scripting with Python, and using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible is essential. Familiarity with cloud-native deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana is also required. Experience with AI-powered infrastructure and integrating AI/ML models with tools like MLflow, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
