Software Development Engineer II

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer (II) with strong coding skills to deliver high-quality solutions in cloud technologies and distributed architecture within the FinTech sector. This role focuses on real-time systems, event-driven architecture, and operational excellence for institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable software solutions in a distributed environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies with business objectives.
• Implement real-time and asynchronous systems using event-driven architecture patterns.
• Maintain operational excellence through adherence to best practices in Java development and large-scale environments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in FinTech (Front Office, OEMS, PMS).
• Deep expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with messaging systems like JMS, Kafka, or MQ.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in BigTech environments.
• Familiarity with Groovy, Bash, Python, and GenAI/AI technologies.
