About This Role
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our high-performing team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications using C# and .NET frameworks within an Agile environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, build, debug, and troubleshoot complex software issues across the full SDLC.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Create detailed Software Design specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Write clean, efficient code following industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, system) to ensure quality and reliability.
- Earn stakeholder trust by communicating technical concepts clearly and managing expectations effectively.
- Mentor junior team members and produce clear Technical Writing, including API docs and user guides.
We Are Looking For:
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3–5 years of expertise in C#/.NET. You must demonstrate strong Agile knowledge, debugging proficiency, design pattern application, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management. A passion for mentorship is essential.
