About the Role

We are hiring for the Connections CODEX team to build and operate end-to-end software that empowers employee listening. Key areas include content delivery systems, distributed data pipelines, and services converting feedback into actionable insights.

• Deliver high-quality features independently across the full lifecycle while tackling complex challenges like performance bottlenecks and scalability in real-time data environments with ML capabilities.
• Resolve operational issues by identifying root causes of failures and drive excellence through improved team processes such as testing, deployment, monitoring, and resource-efficient solutions.
• Cross-functionally partner with customers, product managers, and UX designers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Influence architecture strategy by documenting software designs and contributing to future technical investments.
• Drive innovation through process improvements in CI/CD pipelines and automation while championing best practices like observability and error handling to reduce technical debt.
• Mentor junior engineers on architecture, testing operations, security, code reviews, and industry best practices.
