Role: Software Development Engineer II at Amazon FinAuto - GREF Workplace Support Tech

About the Team:The GREF Workplace Support Technology team develops tools and services to enable Amazon's corporate real estate operations globally. We build software that keeps workplaces running, from helpdesk systems to automation for millions of work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable architectures powering AI-driven policies, intelligent booking, and automated workflows.
• Own features end-to-end across the full SDLC including deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into reliable solutions.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
• Improve system reliability by resolving root causes of operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 2+ years designing/architecting new and existing systems with focus on reliability and scaling.
