Software Development Engineer-I (C# & .Net) in Noida

As a Software Development Engineer-I at Innovaccer Analytics Private Limited in Noida, you will be instrumental in designing, architecting, and developing robust backend solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Security, Platform, and UI to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable backend microservices and applications.
• Write clean, efficient, modular, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability and stability.
• Collaborate effectively with infra, security, platform, and UI teams.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in backend microservices, data engineering, cloud technologies, and observability.
• Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker, and relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Python and web frameworks like Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Sanic is a plus.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with unit testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and writing testable code.
• Familiarity with build tools, package managers, and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly debug and resolve complex technical challenges.
• A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in backend development and contributing to technical discussions.
