As part of the Customer Facing Solutions (CFS) tech organization, you will build elegant digital products offering effortless self-service and automation using modern technologies, including generative AI. Our portfolio includes CS Homepage, Chatbot, Search, SEO/Help, Rufus, and WhatsApp integration.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own high-quality software features across the full development lifecycle (requirements to operations).
• Deliver improvements to major portions of the codebase, including refactoring and deprecation work.
• Write clear, maintainable code and provide meaningful feedback through code review for engineers at all levels.
• Identify root causes of operational issues; drive improvements to team health.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and peers to translate business requirements into reliable software solutions.
• Mentor teammates on systems and engineering best practices.
