Senior Software Development Engineer (IoT & Scalable Systems) – Hyderabad | Full-time

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. You will be instrumental in designing and building robust, scalable backend systems that seamlessly connect Internet of Things (IoT) devices, intricate data pipelines, and dynamic content platforms. Your responsibilities will include architecting and optimizing distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data, real-time processing, and intelligent content delivery, all within the thriving tech ecosystem of Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems, leveraging Node.js and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Develop efficient data pipelines and implement real-time analytics solutions for complex IoT and content workflows.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our distributed systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and hardware engineering teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Lead system design reviews, provide mentorship to fellow developers, and champion engineering best practices to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in backend or systems engineering roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and the principles of microservice architecture.
• Extensive experience with core AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, and SNS/SQS.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance tuning methodologies, and effective data modeling techniques.
• Practical, hands-on experience working with IoT data flows, data streaming technologies, or multi-source data integration.
