Join a dynamic team dedicated to crafting unique Over-The-Top (OTT) viewing experiences. The features you develop will directly influence the user experience on Amazon MX Player. We seek engineers passionate about movies and TV entertainment who can work backward from the customer to realize our vision.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new features for Amazon MX Player. Collaborating with engineering teams, product managers, and UX designers, you will build web-based products that captivate our customers. You will manage customer-facing features throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial design, implementation, and testing, through to deployment and ongoing production support. A key focus will be optimizing applications for peak performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop elegant solutions for broadly defined problems.
• Apply fundamental algorithm principles.
• Write code in object-oriented languages to build robust, large-scale distributed systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems, ensuring high-quality product delivery aligned with business and customer needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
