Full Job Description
Papaya Global is seeking a **Software Development Engineer (Full Stack)** to drive innovation in our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will design and develop both frontend and backend components, integrating APIs, and building scalable microservices. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing full-stack applications, including React (TypeScript), microservices, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, React Router, Redux).
- Developing backend services (Java/Spring Boot) and integrating with third-party APIs.
- Leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., AI coding agents) to accelerate workflows and improve code quality.
- Ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing, automated CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative code reviews.
- Collaborating with architects, UX specialists, and R&D teams to define implementation strategies.
- Staying updated on emerging development trends and fostering knowledge-sharing within the team.
**Key Requirements:**
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience (60% frontend, 40% backend).
- Proven expertise in React (TypeScript), micro-frontends (Webpack Module Federation), and modern frontend patterns.
- Strong backend experience with Java/Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with microservices, Agile/Scrum, and AWS deployment.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), Redis, and AI-assisted development tools.
- A get-things-done mentality and passion for continuous learning.
