Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack SDE1 to contribute across backend, frontend, and basic DevOps workflows. You will be instrumental in building production-grade features that serve our global customer base. This role demands robust technical fundamentals, rapid execution, and the ability to translate real-world business challenges into effective solutions. More than just coding, you will delve into the 'why' behind every feature you develop.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build and deliver full-stack features from inception to deployment.
• Develop backend APIs and implement core business logic.
• Create clean, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Integrate third-party services and internal systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Debug production issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams.

Technical Requirements:

• Backend (Proficiency in at least one): Node.js (Express / NestJS), Java (Spring Boot or similar), or Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).
• Frontend: React.js preferred, or any modern frontend framework (Vue, Angular, etc.). Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL with a basic understanding of schema design.
• DevOps (Foundational Knowledge): Git and version control, basic CI/CD understanding, cloud fundamentals (AWS / GCP / Azure basics), and deployment/environment management basics.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
• Proven experience in building small agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs or automation pipelines.
• Prior internships or successfully shipped side projects.
