About the Role

We are seeking a Software Developer – Senior I to join our RPA / AI Engineering team within FedEx Information Security (InfoSec). This role operates under general guidance, collaborating with InfoSec to analyze current-state business processes and develop automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state business processes and design process workflows in collaboration with the Information Security organization.
• Build scalable automation using RPA platforms (specifically Automation Anywhere), Agentic AI workflows, and advanced ChatBot technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and support RPA Projects and AI-driven chatbot solutions for cross-functional teams across InfoSec.
• Design and build AI Agents capable of reasoning and interacting with users and other systems autonomously using sophisticated planning tools like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Technical Skills & Requirements

• RPA: Strong experience in Automation Anywhere.
• AI/ML: Proficiency in Agentic AI, Generative AI chatbots using RAG and vector-based search techniques. Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Java, or C# is required.
• NLP & Frameworks: Experience with libraries like NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn for building intelligent solutions.
• Databases: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases to store conversation data.

Career Level

This position requires 7-9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4+ years in relevant RPA, AI Agent development, or Generative AI technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
