Role: Software Developer

Location: Remote (India)

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Software Developer to create robust and efficient software solutions that underpin Joveo's rapidly expanding platform. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of features, from initial requirements through to deployment, contributing to a codebase that handles millions of data points in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy software features across web, backend, and platform layers.
• Translate product requirements into detailed technical implementations.
• Write automated tests and ensure high code quality throughout release cycles.
• Proactively identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to meet sprint commitments.
• Document technical decisions and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.
